DesktopSync allows you to synchronize the calendar events, contacts, tasks, and journal entries in your online WorkSpace with items in your Microsoft Outlook. Synchronization with Outlook 2007 is supported on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 computers.

Follow the three steps below to synchronize.

Step 2 - Configure.

Before you start synchronizing your data, you will have to enter three pieces of information.

  • The seven-digit Account ID for your organization. You can find your Account ID in the top left-hand side corner of the main application, under your organization name.
  • The User ID that you use to login to your online office.
  • The Password that you use to login to your online office.

Step 3 - Synchronize.

The DesktopSync application will walk you through the sync process. You can choose the direction of the sync (e.g., one-way or two-way) as well as the data you want to sync (e.g., only Contacts).

You need Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed on your computer. Most PCs meet this requirement. If you do not have it installed on your PC, click here to download and install.
